Open to all incoming freshmen, 91 Bulldogs spent 3+ hours a day, 5 days a week, for 5 weeks during the summer of 2009 (June 29 to July 31) preparing for high school.    "I learned that this school really is welcoming and they actually care about my education and want all of us to succeed in life. Please visit www.GarfieldHSF.org/Bricks to order your brick. In 2007-2008 we sold 908 Bulldog Bricks, raising $75,240 (before engraving costs). The net proceeds of Bulldog Bricks sales are placed in the GHSF Endowment Fund to provide lasting support for Garfield High School. Brick purchases are 100% tax deductible.
